Plan and write a variety of technical documents as part of the Technical Writing and Internal Communications team for Information Technology. Additionally, manage website content (some coding), and design and edit newsletters and annual reports.

Design and create postcards, gift certificates, e-mail and social media campaigns focusing on highlighting Milagro, a Global Boutique on The Avenue in Hampden. Additionally, serve as sales associate in the store.
